What do you think about the idea of a Job/Employee listing resource that uses Podcasting as a way of listing and searching resources? I was hoping the ID3 tags would work as effective ways of allowing people to search for jobs or employees that they wanted to research. People could post a job and come back later to listen to intros or resumes of people who match requirements or specifically apply for the job.
